Abbkine secondary antibodies are available conjugated to enzyme, biotin or fluorophore for use in a variety of antibody-based applications including Western Blot, ImmunoHistoChemistry, ImmunoFluorescence, Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
The antibody reacted with mouse IgG whole molecule. It also reacts with the light chains of all other types of immunoglobulins in mice. After special treatment, its non-specific binding to human, rabbit, goat, sheep and guinea pig serum proteins was reduced to the minimum. It has no reactivity to non immunoglobulin serum proteins.
