PCL-COOH,Poly(ε-caprolactone)-COOH是一种表面带有羧基的可生物降解聚合物,PCL-COOH可用于制备功能纳米粒子,它可以与表面含有NH2小分子基团的肽、蛋白质等结合。它是一种疏水性聚合物,是通过ε-己内酯单体在金属阴离子络合催化剂催化下开环聚合而成的高分子有机聚合物。聚(ε-己内酯)-羧基聚已内酯粘合剂直接链接羧基广泛应用于生物科技,诊断学和一些化工专业领域。

PCL-COOH,Poly( ε- Caprolactone) - COOH is a biodegradable polymer with carboxyl groups on its surface. Pcl-cooh can be used to prepare functional nanoparticles, which can be combined with peptides and proteins with NH2 small molecule groups on its surface. It is a hydrophobic polymer that is obtained by ε- Caprolactone monomer is a high molecular organic polymer formed by ring opening polymerization catalyzed by metal anion complex catalyst. Gather( ε- Caprolactone) - carboxyl polycaprolactone adhesive directly links the carboxyl group. It is widely used in biotechnology, diagnostics and some chemical engineering fields.
